Janey offers her selection on Wednesday’s and Saturday’s in Charlottesville at the City Market and on Tuesday’s right here at Birdhouse. Among Janey’s offerings, you will find sourdough breads, cookies, seasonal puff pastries, sourdough bagels, and crackers. Be sure to give the Sourdough Sprouted Loaf a try - this loaf takes 3+ days to make! From seed to sprout, it takes 3 days for the local sprouts to sprout and then become incorporated into the sourdough - YUM!
