Birdhouse Farmers Market vendors are the best farmers and local food producers in the area, maintaining the highest standards in all that they do.

The Seasonal Birdhouse Farmer s Market draws an average of 700+ people per week, May-November. Birdhouse Online Market enables us to provide producers with a year-round option for sales without having to commit to another market day. Birdhouse Online’s peak season is December to April, with about 200 active customers.

Seasonal market vendors are required to participate in Birdhouse Online during the season, but can opt out during the winter. It is also possible to participate as an Online Only Vendor.

Birdhouse vendors are occasionally asked to donate products to our fundraising events. No one is required to donate, but know that your participation helps us to cover the costs of operating the market not covered by vendor fees.

The $100 non-refundable application fee will be billed once we receive your application and determine your eligibility. Applications will not be processed until the fee is paid. More details are in the Market Rules and Regulations linked below.

If you are considered for the Seasonal Market, there is an additional supplemental application that you will receive via email.

Applications for the 2026 In-Person Season are Closed! Vendors may submit a primary application to join the waitlist and/or apply to be an online only vendor at this time.
